Can I Add Customization Requests to My Order?
Yes, we provide Size Customization and Embroidery service for most silk products. There has a “Custom Size” & “Monogram” button for selection.
Besides, if you have a special request for your order, you can leave us a message at the “Message” box, we'll review your special request to see if we can make it work or not. We are able to handle most of the customization unless it deviates from our standard products too much (such as round bedsheets). Meanwhile, an extra fee will be charged for customization service, and customized size and embroidered products can not be exchanged or returned once sold.
