Shipping and Lead Times

We provide shipping internationally to everyone, anywhere in the world.

All spot products ship in just 3-7days*. For customized prouducts allow up to 7-25days*.

*(working days only – holiday periods and public holidays also excepted)

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We can make just about anything to a special size, material or color, even printing and embroidery.

Simply contact us for a quote and allow a few days extra to the standard lead time for any customized artworks . Customized rugs require special attention due to the hand made process and lead times need to be quoted on an order by order basis.

How do I make my purchase?

 

Found a product you love? Click on the “add to cart” button. Input the number required and you’ll then be given the option to checkout or continue shopping. Once you have finished shopping, head to the checkout and you will be prompted to register an account with us. Simply follow the prompts and your order will be confirmed at the last step. If you have any issues, just contact us.

 

How do I know an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed or they are made to order or pre order items. Made to order items do have a lead time. Please be aware that an item in your shopping cart, can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
