How Do I Cancel An Order?
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daisysilk.com with the necessary order details. Email is our preferred method of communication to ensure your request is processed promptly.
Please note that once your order has been shipped and you receive a shipment notification via email, we will be unable to cancel the order. At this point, you can choose to either keep the item once it arrives or contact us for a return or exchange.
